Acceptance
By using Letters Unscrambled, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
Letters Unscrambled provides word suggestions from letters entered in your browser. Results are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that every valid word, proper name, score, definition, or game-rule interpretation will be included or correct.
Content notice
The word list may include profanity, slang, and other mature language. Results are generated from the letters entered and are not a statement, endorsement, or recommendation by the operator. If you prefer not to see such language, please do not use the word-finding service.
Advertising and sponsored content
We may monetize the site through advertisements, sponsored placements, or affiliate links. Commercial content will be labeled as advertising or sponsored content. You are never required to click an advertisement to use the word-finding service, and the operator does not endorse a third-party advertiser merely because its content appears on the site.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal or commercial word-finding purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape the service at a volume that degrades it, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, code, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the site without permission. Names of third-party games or brands, if mentioned, belong to their respective owners; Letters Unscrambled is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site and may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
Contact and governing law
Before public launch, the operator must publish a monitored contact address and specify the governing law and venue appropriate to the operator’s place of business.
